Q: I've tried lots of planners, and none of them have worked. How do I know this is the one I'll actually use?

A: We intentionally designed this planner around a tried and true system that is simple but effective. It uses our signature 3 bucket system to plan your days so you can eliminate the feelings of guilt and overwhelm that unchecked to do items in other planners would often cause.

Also, we're not just going to send your planner and then leave you alone to figure out how to use it! First, every planner comes with our quickstart guide which is a series of 5 short videos showing how to use your planner. We'll also keep in touch with you throughout the year. And we're always just an email away if you have questions.

Q: I'm not really a paper planner person. Is this planner available in printable or digital formats?

A: Yes, we have this planner available in 2 more formats for you besides the physical, mailed to your door version. 

If you'd like to print it yourself, you can get our 2025 printable planner (click 2025 planner and accessories in the menu) It's identical to the physical version except that the pages are taller, so they print on regular letter or A4 sized paper. That also gives you more room to write if you have lots to plan. You can put it in a 3 ring binder, and then you'll have more flexibility to move pages around, take some away, or add some.

If you prefer a tablet planner that you use on your ipad with a tablet pencil, you can get the 2025 tablet planner.

Q: How big is this planner? How much does it weigh? Can I carry it around in my purse?

A: The Get Organized HQ Planner is big enough to have space, but small enough not to overwhelm you. Heavy enough to have luxuriously thick, smooth paper, but light enough to not feel like a brick. OH! You wanted specifics? Alright, it’s a lovely square shape at 8×8 inches and 2 inches thick. It weighs in at 2 pounds, which we think makes it better suited for your kitchen counter, desk, or passenger seat—since you won’t need it in your bag every moment of the day.

Q: Where does this planner ship, how much is shipping, and when does it ship?

A: We ship to the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) and Internationally! We charge the actual shipping cost for international shipping. We also have printable or tablet planner options for you to explore here in the shop!
