I am loving Declutter University! I have done quite a bit of decluttering in the first month! What I love about DU is that it goes deeper than just getting rid of stuff. DU gives you the tools to be successful by giving you a plan of how and where to start, providing a road map of what to do with items you aren't sure of, go at your own pace, and helps make decision overwhelm so much easier. Laura gives you permission to let go of items that you were holding on to. For me, that was a huge stress as I felt I needed to keep things because someone gave it to me, the person passed away, I had dreams to do something with the item, etc. Giving away those items has been so freeing, and it even helped me mentally and physical feel so much lighter and accomplished!
